Unilever UK Pension Fund - Career average plan

Career average plan

This section of the website contains information for active, deferred and pensioner members of the Career average plan and their families. In the Career average plan, pensions are linked to members' pensionable earnings (between two levels) and the pensionable service they build up in the plan year by year.

This website does not give any rights to particular levels of contributions or benefits. Unilever reserves the right to end your employer's participation in the Career average plan and, with the Trustees' agreement, to change the Career average plan.

By selecting Active member, Deferred member or Pensioner member below, you can browse information that is relevant to you. If you are looking for information on a specific topic, you can select one of the topics listed below your member type to go straight to that information.

Deferred member

If you are no longer contributing to the Career average plan (through the 'Unilever Contribution Arrangement') but are not yet receiving a pension from the Fund, you are a deferred member.

Dictionary

Don't know your 'Annual Allowance' from your 'Final pensionable salary'?
